Who we are

Zapwise is an independent YouTube channel (@Zapwisehq) and this website, zapwiseai.com. You can reach us at zapwisehq@gmail.com.

What this website collects

Nothing that identifies you, as far as our own code goes:

• No cookies set by us.
• No analytics, ad networks, tracking pixels or fingerprinting.
• No accounts, logins, comment boxes or email forms on this site.
• To show the live numbers, your browser downloads a small file from this same site (/data/live.json). It holds our channel stats, not anything about you.
• Fonts and images are served from this site, not from a third-party font or image service.
• The Ask Zapwise guide runs entirely in your browser: its answers load from this site (/data/guide.json), and what you type into it isn't sent anywhere or saved.

Hosting: GitHub Pages

This site is a set of static pages hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub says that when a GitHub Pages site is visited, the visitor's IP address is logged and stored for security purposes. That happens on GitHub's side under GitHub's privacy statement; we don't get those logs.

YouTube videos and links

Pages for our Shorts show a preview image stored on this site. The YouTube player only loads if you tap play, and it uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once it loads, or when you follow a link to YouTube, Google's privacy policy applies.

Free and paid PDFs: Payhip

Our PDFs, free and paid, are delivered by Payhip. When you tap a download or buy button you leave this site, and Payhip collects your email address and, for paid orders, your payment details, under Payhip's privacy policy. We never see your card details.

As the seller, we can see the order details Payhip shares with us, such as your email address and what you got. We use them to deliver your order and answer questions about it. We don't sell your information.

Our links to Payhip carry tags like utm_source=website. They tell us which part of the site a click came from; they don't identify you.

If you email us

We use your message and email address to reply to you, and nothing else.

Children

Zapwise is made for working adults and isn't directed at children under 13.

Your choices

Email zapwisehq@gmail.com to ask what information we have about you or to have it deleted. For data held by Payhip, GitHub or YouTube, you can also contact them directly.

Changes

If we add anything that collects information, such as a sign-up form, we'll update this page first and change the date at the top.
